Session 3 Multimedia Quality of
Service OBSERVATION Coordination among
standards projects seems to be good--everyone
seems to be reasonably aware of what others are
working onbut if any convergence is taking place
it is not by design, probably just by virtue of
everyone being more IP-oriented.(Convergence
this way is needed but not sufficient.)
