The awakening

• I soon realized that this wasnt the cake job I
  had envisioned.
• My 8-330 hours became 7-430 or 500 then work
  at home.
• I was out of my comfort zone.

• Clinical Case requirements.
• Being the teacher not the CST.
  
• Standing in front of students and teaching

• You start to realize there is a lot more to it
  and when will I see the end of all the things
  that are part of this job.
• Most frightening of all..will that day ever

Emotional aspects

• Emotional loss of O.R. family
• Relationships change in the O.R.
• Not part of the family
• People see you differently cake job, they
  dont know your job description or hours.
• People think your now lazy because they see you
  in a different job
• Communication between you and the staff is
  different, and very important for success.
