• SMO 12633 Elec App Import Updates
• The following are now set based on parameter
  values
• Status of contacts created from elec app
• Office added identification on new updated
  records
• Better handling of updates to pre-existing
  candidates
• Existing Education records
• Address updates
• Candidates Name SSN changes
• Assignment of new counselor
• Added a HOLD status to disable Candidate access
  to the record disable it from being Imported

• SMO 12699 Student Interest Rating Calculation
  - Identifies students most-interested in YOU
• Each contact resource code applicable to
  recruitment or admissions can be given a
  site-defined point value or weight (examples
  SAT received, phone call, HS transcript received)
• An electronic process will run in the
  background to add up to total points based on the
  contacts the prospect has had with the
  institution to determine total interest rating
• Student interest rating will be updated in
  database, displayed in Adm Entry, and available
  for queries and reports

• SMO 12685 Import Utility - Substantial
  flexibility and power added to the import process
• Developed to pull in data from ACT or ETS/SAT
  files
• Matches on your choice or a combination of
• SSN
• Name DOB
• Name Zip code
• For updating data on incorrect matches,
  allows for changes on the file side or the
  database side
• Allows for partial processing and returning to
  finish later - I.e., you dont have to complete
  the load in one sitting
