Behavior Notes The user get this page from click
on the View Order History link on page 3. Here
the users can view the last 5 order they have
placed, and they can choose to replace the same
order by clicking on the check out button,
continue shopping with the previous order added
to their shopping cart, or modify the previous
order. Note when you click on Continue Shopping
the order you see on the screen will be added to
your shopping cart and you can add more
items. When you click on modify, you are taken to
the shopping cart page where you can first modify
the quantity, then choose to continue shopping or

• Log in should not be hidden in 2nd or 3rd
  navigation. It should be place with the utility
  links
• Reordering the previous order was confusing.
  Should also display more than just one previous
  order.
• Product information and purchasing the products
  is not collaborated together. This site make it
  two separate entity. After the user read about
  the product, they should be able to add to cart.
  This is a good way to market a sale.
• No a credit card payment to pay online.
• The layout of some graphic on some pages takes
  too much of the surface space.
• The flow of the entire ordering online processing
  is confusing and not intuitive.
• The grouping of the main navigation is confusion.
  
• The wording that was used for the navigation and
  link were confusing.
• It seem like they added a purchasing online
  capability to what was at first a company website
  that describe what there products are .
• My new redesign of Oberweis was mainly to
  combine the product information and purchasing
  the products together, so it looks more like a
  shopping cart website and less like a company
  website. Oberweis main goal to me seems like they
  want to market and sell their products online,
  and not provide information of their products.
  In addition, I incorporate the online payment
  feature, and have it intuitively and flows well
  with the entire online ordering process. The
  redesign was to make the site simple, less
  clutter with big graphic, easier to find the
  product and the information, and the ability to
  add to the shopping cart easily.
