Data Collections - allows muon code optimization (mainly timing in
data access !) useful not critical - big project (but details of the implementation
are under control) - XxxDetectorElements inherit from the
TrkDetElementBase (? provide all generic tracking
interfaces technology specific methods) - hold short arrays of current XxxReadoutElements
and delegate to them the real work - the plan deliver the functionality for 14.0.0 in
MuonGeoModel, while keeping existing interfaces
