Flu Vaccine Clinic

• EES will host a HINI flu vaccine booster flu
  vaccine clinic on Thursday Nov 5th beginning at
  930 a.m. in the health suite.
• Flu vaccine forms were due on Oct. 23rd.

Health Tips

• Washing your hands is the best way to prevent the
  spread of germs.
• Remember to cough or sneeze into your elbow.
• Throw tissues away promptly after use then wash
  or use hand sanitizer on your hands.
• Stay home if you are feeling ill.
• Avoid sharing food drinks with others.
• Eat healthy.
• Exercise.
• Get plenty of rest.
