• Cuts down Hydration time
• Similar to Field Training

WHEN

• EVERY WEDNESDAY IT IS PART OF THE UNIFORM
• DURING PT it is OPTIONAL but, a sports drink or a
  bottle of water is MANDITORY

• Clean it and keep it well you will return it!
• It is GOVERNMENT PROPERTY
