• There are six different kinds of simple machines.
  You can make all kinds of more complex machines
  out of the six. Those machines are a lever,
  pulley, wheel and axle, screw, wedge and inclined
  plane.

• The four parts of a lever are the fulcrum, lever
  arm, resistance or load and effort force. A lever
  is all parts put together.

• The best way to set up the lever is to have the
  longest part of the lever arm to you. So if the
  load is closer to the fulcrum, for a fact it will
  be easier!!

• The parts of a pulley, are the pulley wheel,
  supporting lines/ropes, load and effort force.

• The more supporting lines there are the easier it
  is to move.
