digits are a number designed to standardize all
staff personnel activities from PreKindergarten
through District Office The 5th and 6th digits

School Credit course codes for high school
credit courses instead of using the course codes
for grades 9 -12 - Schools are changing numbers or letters other
than the area of the course code that can be
district defined - Use of other Obsolete Course codes
