Objectives

• To foster an increase in the involvement in
  ANZAC by the wider community
• To provide funds for the repair and maintenance
  of war memorials throughout New Zealand
• To promote Rotary and the RSA to a wider range of
  people in the community

How will a club benefit when hosting a ANZAC
breakfast

• Project very easy to set up
• Host of breakfast pays and cooks the food which
  is their donation
• Preparation time Cooking the meal the previous
  evening and serving it on ANZAC morning or just
  barbecue the breakfast on ANZAC morning
• ANZAC Time line Start breakfast 07.00am and
  finish around 09.30-10.00am giving you the rest
  of the day free.

• Each host can have as many guests as they like
  the average being around 10 people
• A little work being done by a lot of people
• Great opportunity for fellowship
• Great opportunity to meet potential new members
• Somewhere for people to go after the dawn service

• Minimal time commitment
• Information pack supplied giving details on the
  best way to invite guests, how to run a
  breakfast, recipes, music CD, Rotary and ANZAC
  brochures
• Merchandising items available to raise more funds
  ie Coffee mugs, coasters etc

How will your club benefit?

• Each club buys say 10 packs 300.00
• 10 members have 10 people
• To breakfast x 20.00 per person
• Revenue 2000.00
• Cost 10 packs x 30 ea 300.00
• Funds raised 1700.00

• An improvement in the condition of memorials in
  NZ including possible illumination
• Increase visibility of Rotary and the RSA to the
