1. Generous living is a condition
heart

• Give freely and spontaneously. Dont have a
  stingy heart. The way you handle matters like
  this triggers God, your Gods, blessing in
  everything you do, all your work and ventures.
  There are always going to be poor and needy
  people among you. So I command you Always be
  generous, open purse and hands, give to your
  neighbours in trouble, your poor and hurting
  neighbours.

2. Generous living comes from
generous receiving

• And now, in addition to everything else, you
  speak of giving me an eternal dynasty! Such
  generosity is far beyond any human standard! O
  Lord God!

3. Generous living leaves a
legacy

• Solomon said, You were extravagantly generous
  in love with David my father, and he lived
  faithfully in your presence, his relationships
  were just and his heart right. And you have
  persisted in this great and generous love by
  giving himand this very day!a son to sit on his
  throne.

joyful living

5. Generous living
enriches your life

• The world of the generous gets larger and
  larger the world of the stingy gets smaller and

• The one who blesses others is abundantly
  blessed those who help others are helped.

6. Generous living helps others to
know God

• Now that Ive put you there on a hilltop, on a
  light standshine! Keep open house be generous
  with your lives. By opening up to others, youll
  prompt people to open up with God, this generous
  Father in heaven.

7. Generous living is and is
living
commanded
God-like

• You have heard that it was said, Love your
  neighbour and hate your enemy. But I tell you
  Love your enemies and pray for those who
  persecute you, that you may be sons of your
  Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on
  the evil and the good, and sends rain on the
  righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those
  who love you, what reward will you get? Are not
  even the tax collectors doing that? And if you
  greet only your brothers, what are you doing more
  than others? Do not even pagans do that? Be
  perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is
