Covenant of Commitment

• Reduce CO2 emissions by at least 20 by 2020
• Prepare a Baseline Emission Inventory
• Submit a Sustainable Energy Action Plan within 1
  Year
• Mobilise the civil society to participate in its
  development
• Submit an Implementation Report every 2 Years
• Organise Energy Days in the locality

Termination of Membership

• Membership will be terminated if
• The Sustainable Energy Action Plan is not
  submitted within the year following signing up
• The Actions set out in the Action Plan are not
  implemented
• The Implementation Report is not Submitted in two
  successive periods
