4Introduction to CLE
CLE EQUIPMENT SYSTEMS are developed with regard
to utilizing the latest techniques to produce the
best conveyors and material handling, packaging,
and production efficiencies for our customer
needs. Whether moving cans, bottles, cases,
pallets, or packaging materials of any type.
CLE designs, manufactories, and installs process
equipment designed for the job with our own
specialty and custom equipment. CLE DESIGN,
ENGINEERING, INSTALLATION SERVICES will fully
integrate our own or any suitable vendors
equipment to get the job done. Through attention
to detail and extensive understanding of
designing and developing systems in collaboration
with our customers every step in the project, CLE
seeks to remain a leader in its industry CLE
MISSION is to provide our customers with the
highest value services in the areas of
Engineering, Process Equipment Design, Custom
Fabrication and Installation services of
container or material conveyor systems. CLE
INDUSTRY RECOGNITION has led to repeat work over
45 years on behalf of over 1000 food, beverage,
and consumer products companies including every
major Fortune 500 and Multinational Food and
Beverage Company.

38Benefits of Inventor on our Manufacturing Process
- Building a Library of parts and assemblies that
can be used and/or modified for current designs.
Majority of our equipment is custom designed to
fit the customers needs, using a library of
parts has expedited our design process. - Using a library has helped to formulate a
standard numbering system for parts and
assemblies. - Design time has been cut by 30, using the
library of standard parts. - Minimal delivery schedules can lead to design
errors, most common are interferences which were
hard to see in a 2d drawing. This has been
reduced greatly with Inventors modeling ability,
and being able to see the complete assembly
before fabrication begins. - With the sheet metal portion of Inventor, we can
now generate a flat pattern that is tied to the
part and then generate a dwg file for laser
cutting. This process has saved 40 of
engineering time and also eliminated mistakes by
not having to redraw a part as a flat pattern. - Layout and design presentations to our customers
have been very well received. With solid
modeling, many of our customers are better able
to discern the drawings. - Operation and Spare Part Manuals for equipment we
supply to our customers, has been improved by
providing a more user friendly set of drawings
for those who need to order parts from our
manuals. - Shop and field installers have a better
understanding of the drawings. This has been
seen in the shop by the quick assembly of
conveyors in matter of days, that normally took
weeks. Also the field has been able to get
better installation drawings, with reference to
new equipment and how it relates to existing
equipment.
