What do we need to do better and what are our
plans?

• Carry out orientation of intern Doctors as soon
  as the new lot arrives
• Train more Lab. Staff on CSF analysis to enhance
  sample analysis at all times
• Strengthen the external QA programme with
  netSPEAR and initiate one with Mulago Hospital
• Improve more on data management
• Start blood culture
• Improve internal communication between the
  laboratory and clinical staff
• Provide internet connection to ease the external
  communication between the Mbale programme and
  netSPEAR Nairobi
