2Brainstorming
Brainstorming is a creativity technique in which
ideas are generated in order to solve a problem.
Using an individual ideation or morphological
analysis approach. What is Ideation? The process
of forming and relating ideas. This involves
creativity, innovation and concept
development.What is morphological analysis? It
means that we explore all the possible solutions
to a multi-dimensional, non-qualified problem
complex.
3Basic four rules of Brainstorming
Focus on quantity This is a means of enhancing
production aiming to facilitate problem solving .
The greater number of ideas generates a greater
chance for solving the issue.
Criticism forbidden Criticism should be put on
hold,it causes ideas to be held with members
reserving their creativity. Thinking outside the
box should be a free environment or it will end
up a failed session. Criticism is for outside the
session.
Unusual ideas We lead off with regular standard
suggestions, but work for new ideas that will
kick of new perspectives. Generating unusual and
irregular ideas is promoted if the idea is way
out it can be worked down to a very good solution
often solving issues.
Combine/Improve Several ideas come from
brainstorming, once the ideas have been put into
a list format, the process begins again until the
one shinny solutions stands. The process has led
the workable solutions to be combine with
innovation and a new concept is now in place.
4The Procedure
