A Four Week Comprehensive Self defence Course

• The rules of engagement
• Practical defence against

• Punches
• Kicks
• Grabs
• Head locks
• Stick, Bottle, glass, or ashtray attacks.
• Knife attack

• First session Monday 15th June- 18.00-20.00
