• Homework is not optional!
• Please help me with my homework if I dont
  remember how to do it.
• If I am absent, please help me catch up with my
  missed work.

Join PTA!!!

• If everybody joins PTA, my class will get 50 to
  spend on neat stuff for our classroom.
• Please see my teacher for information on joining.

School Hours

• School starts at 745. You will be marked tardy
  if you are not in your room by then.
• If Im late, I miss out on important work and
  announcements.
• We go home starting at 210.

Safety

• Walk quietly in the hallway.
• Play safely on the playground.
• Wear athletic-style shoes for P.E.
• Crocs and flip-flops are fun for home but not for
  school.

Lunch Money

• You may pay online at www.mealpayplus.com.

• You may send money to school with your child.

Agendas and Communication Folders

• Homework is written in the agenda.
• Notes to and from the teacher are written in the
  agenda or sent in the communication folder.
• Lunch money is sent in the agenda or
  communication folder

Transportation

• Please write a note if I am going home a
  different way.
• My teacher cant take transportation changes over
  the phone or by email.
• If Im going home with a friend, we both have to
  have a note.
• If my teacher isnt sure about how Im going
  home, shell send me to ASP and shell keep
  trying to call you.

• Students will be given the opportunity to
  purchase a First Grade T-shirt. The shirts will
  be 5. Look for information in your childs
  folder later this week.

• If your child is being served for ESOL, please go
  down and meet your childs teacher in room 121.
