Programs Hockey Skills Drills

• A hockey development program that includes 45
  minutes of on ice training and 30 minutes of
  dryland activities in the gymnasium. On ice
  instruction includes power skating, puck
  handling, shooting, passing and more. Dryland
  training will include drills to increase speed
  strength. Full equipment required for on ice
  training. Participants must be competent at back
  skating and stopping.
