• A statement of vision
• Particulars of stake holders
• Major goals (it should be realistic achievable)
• Strategy
• Time frame
• Yard stick to measure performance
• A well thought of Mission with the plan of action

It should be clear, understandable with simple
words ( Not Jargons)

  strengthening, thrift, micro enterprises, lease
  land farming etc.
• Malayalam vision document from Malappuram only

  vision document within 24 hours of its creation !
