• CADET ENGINEERS (Fresh Graduates)
• Cadet Engineer Program is a six months structured
  and systematic training program encompassing
• in-house courses, hands-on practical and buddy
  system guidance where the Cadet Engineers will be
  exposed to key areas of engineering and
  production.
• Requirements
• Masters/Bachelors Degree in
  Electrical/Electronic/Photonics Engineering or
  Science,
• preferably CGPA 3.0 and above or 2nd class upper
• Good communication, interpersonal and
  presentation skills
• Highly motivated, analytical,
  detailed-oriented and work independently
• Preferably Perakian

PRODUCT ENGINEERS/SENIOR Responsibilities
Provide technical support and analysis on
product-related issues Establish and maintain
debug tree for all transceiver modules and
prepare/revise debug documentation Responsible
for analyzing and troubleshooting defective
products and monitoring yield performance and
reaction plans to improve product yield
Support customers requests, provide information
in support of qualification activities and
create/change BOM for customers specific version
of generic parts Support new product
introductions and transfer activities as well as
drive on-going cost and yield improvement
projects Requirements PhD/Masters/Bachelor
s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Photonics
Engineering or Science with 3 - 5 years working
experience in a complex and high-volume
manufacturing environment Good debug skills
with knowledge of schematic diagrams and soldering

• TECHNICAL WRITER / SOFTWARE LIBRARIAN
• Responsibilities
• Responsible for documentation of hardware,
  software and procedures to test transceiver
  modules and its components
• Work with a technical team that consists of
  local as well as US members of the test
  engineering team to provide test documentation in
  a timely manner
• Ability to formalize and document equipment
  and test procedures based on sketches and verbal
  input from engineers will be a key success factor
• Responsible for keeping complex test
  environment architecture in accordance with new
  products / testing requirements. Supervising new
  and modified classes that it fits into existing
  framework
• Designing interfaces, analytical and design
  modeling, documenting existing and new
  structures. Debugging the classes
• Requirements
• PhD/Masters/Bachelor's in Electronic
  Engineering or Computer Science with 3 - 5 years
  experience working in software development team,
  preferably oriented towards hardware interfacing
• Documentation control system, preferred
  experience with Agile
• Knowledge in Visual Basic, NET UML modeling
  MSWord Adobe writer CAD or other drawing
  programs
• Understanding of communication between PC and
  instrumentation (GPIB, VISA, USB) and
  manufacturing execution systems (MES), preferably
  CamStar
• Ability to debug hardware and instrumentation
  related problems

• HARDWARE TEST DESIGN ENGINEERS/SENIOR
• Responsibilities
• Implement hardware design using schematic
  capture design tools and PCB layout (PADS
  PowerPCB PowerLogic)
• Responsible for electrical hardware
  development to facilitate the performance testing
  of transceiver modules and its components
• Prepare prototype or engineering samples and
  perform engineering evaluation to meet
  specification principles/standards on design,
  quality, safety and reliability
• Carry out preliminary BOM initialization, test
  procedures, manufacturing test procedures and
  engineering documentation
• Work with a technical team that consists of
  local as well as US members of the test
  engineering team to solve concurrent engineering
  problems
• Requirements
• PhD/Masters/Bachelors Degree in
  Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Science with
  3 - 5 years working experience in electrical
  hardware development
• Knowledge of analog/digital and RF circuit
  design
• Proficient in schematic capture of electrical
  designs while experience in PADS is preferred
• Knowledge of PCB vendor selection
  evaluation, electronics hardware interfacing and
  verification  trouble shooting of electrical
  circuits and equipment
• Documentation control system to record test
  environment, preferred experience with Agile

• PRODUCT VALIDATION TEST ENGINEERS/SENIOR
• Responsibilities
• Responsible for product validation
  testing/reliability testing for different phases
  of new product introduction
• Responsible for performing failure analysis on
  PVT failures
• Responsible for preparing customer ready
  reports
• Requirements
• PhD/Masters/Bachelors Degree in
  Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Science with
  3 - 5 years working experience in product
  testing
• Knowledge of tester set up and PCBA debugging
• Hands-on experience in IC level debugging
