Fire Alarms

• What would happen if there was real fire but some
  people did not leave the school quickly enough
  because they thought it was a joke?

The boy who cried wolf

• A bored shepherd boy entertained himself by
  calling out "wolf ".
• Nearby villagers who came to his rescue found
  that the alarms were false and that they had
  wasted their time.
• When the boy was actually confronted by a wolf,
  the villagers did not believe his cries for help.
• His sheep were killed and then the boy was killed
  himself.
