13HEALTH BEHAVIORS OF SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN SURVEY
- Quadrennial survey of 15,000 US children in
6th--10th grades - Information compared to 30 other countries
conducting the same survey - Co-sponsored by NICHD and HRSA/DCAFH
- Next survey to begin in 2005
- Goal is to provide background information on
adolescent health behavior in support of MCHB
programs
