  • When I was pulled to another service it was
    frustrating. Each surgeon assumed that you knew
    exactly what he wanted. They did not realize that
    their preferences were completely different, a
    different set of equipment, different ways of
    doing it I made mistakes all the time.

    understood correctly what he wanted me to do. He
    (the surgeon) said, Dont worry, just do it
    now. But I did not feel comfortable and refused.
    I could have made a big mistake if I had not
    trusted my own judgement.
