Periodic Reports

• Periodic activity report including publishable
  executive summary report and Plan for using and
  disseminating the knowledge
• Periodic management report
• Justification of major cost items
• Periodic report on the distribution of the
  Communitys contribution (Excel sheet)
• Summary financial report (Excel sheet)
• Forms C from all partners
• Audit certificates from all partners
• Draft Implementation Plan for the next 18 months

Periodic Reports

• Within 45 days after the end of the reporting
  period
• Use given template structure
• External reviewer evaluates the periodic reports
  according to guidelines
• Dr. Annalisa Pantosti for year 1
• Pre-financing for every next 18 months
• Clearing upon receipt of audit certificates

Project Management

• Important changes require official contract
  amendment
• Formal request letter by legal representative of
  coordinator (all requests to the Commission from
  the coordinator)
• Examples Addition of a new partner, withdrawal
  of a partner, major changes of Technical Annex
  (addition of subcontracting or third parties),
  extension of duration.
• NoEs will be reimbursed only if the costs exceed
  the EC contribution!
• If not, contract amendment to qdjust expected
  budget expenditure
