• It is very normal to take an education in
  Denmark. At the school the relationship between
  the teachers and the students is very relaxed.
  The teacher is called by his or her first name,
  and the teachers do not dominate the students.
  You are allowed to express your own opinion.
  Quite a few of the Danish students have a very
  lazy relationship to homework.

• Parties, beers, shopping, friends and a
  mobile phone are all important ingredients in a
  teenage girls life. A spare time job is a very
  normal thing to have, because you have to earn
  money to afford this expensive life style. Most
  young girls do some kind of exercise at many
  different levels. Many teenage girls have a
  boyfriend, but it is also normal to be single.
  Girls in Denmark are very open-minded about
  sexuality.

• About half of the parents of young teenagers
  are divorced of course that makes a difference.
  The families are not big, about two children is
  the average. Teenage girls often get into big
  discussions with their parents, but they still
  have a good relationship. A teenager normally
  lives at home, until he/she is about 20 years old.
