Submit a one page summary (in your own word) on
what is the most advanced Si CMOS technology
offered by foundry suppliers (TSMC, UMC, IBM,
Charter, SMIC). Describe key attributes of the
technology and how it differs from what is
presented in ch2- Kang/Leblebici. Please include
some attachments (documentation) to your one page
summary. Due Wednesday April 5th
