improve health and increase the level of physical
activity
6Getting Started
- Go to the Stairway to Health Website-
www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/sth-evs - Click on Register Now.
- Choose Individual or Organizational Registration.
- Follow the registration instructions and click
submit. - A password will be sent to the email address you
provided. - Go back to the website regularly to update your
stair climbing activity by clicking on Submit
Results and inputting you username and password.
7Important Information for Participants
- If your workplace is participating in Stairway to
Health you should register under the organization
category to be part of the challenge. - The first person to register an organization is
the administrator and only they have access to
choosing and changing challenges. - If you have already registered once, you will not
be able to register a second time using the same
email address. Instead use your username and
password to log-in. - If you have lost your password you can ask the
administrator to email it to you again.

can even climb to the Moon! - Download point of choice posters to encourage
stair use - Select challenges, create newsletters and manage
your participant data - View Stair climbing success stories from other
workplaces - Get information on planning events, increasing
stair use,
design considerations, safety, hiring students,
posting signage and much, much more.
