qualities, and a proven track record of making
recommendations which have resulted in increased
profitability to the business and sponsors at the
highest level. The successful candidates that we
have placed into this role have historically been
commercially savvy, resilient, and calm and have
proven ability to push back on stakeholders.
This is potentially a 18 month role with
accelerated succession planning and would be
ideally suited to ambitious and driven career
focused individual. My client is also looking to
recruit Finance Business Partners of all levels
over the coming months to drive change to
coincide with their expansion plans across the
Group. Skills Qualifications Graduate, CIMA,
ACA or ACCA (or qualified by experience) with
solid post qualification experience and a track
record of success, substantial experience of
project management or delivery, MBA (desirable)
and restructuring/cost management experience
(desirable).
Working directly with the CFO you will drive
business critical change which is inline with the
corporate strategy. The purpose of the role is
to increase profitability for the Group by
driving down the cost base of the business and
working on revenue projects. This is a very
exciting opportunity to address key issues and
drive forward your career with the sponsorship of
some very impressive key stakeholders and Finance
Directors. Working at a senior level you will be
a critical link to the business units and, in
addition to identifying opportunities and making
recommendations this is an incredibly broad role
where you will have significant ownership. The
role requires initiative, analytical thinking and
logic, combined with the ability to link issues
and techniques together. You will enjoy
increased business exposure by obtaining buy-in
and agreement from business sponsors and Finance
Directors. As Transformation Consultant you will
have solid experience of driving change within
either a restructuring or cost management
environment and should have strong commercial
awareness although it is not essential to have
consultancy experience.
