• Pt. 1 48 yo male admitted at 0400 hrs, acute
  ETOH. RR 15, radial pulse, confused.
• Pt.2 16 yo female, horizontal lacerations of
  wrists, needs 40 to 50 sutures. RR 20, cap
  refill lt2 sec., distraught.
• Pt. 3 51 yo male with acute chest pain. RR 35,
  cap refill gt2 sec., anxious AOx4.
• Pt. 4 81 yo female, fell at nursing home
  possible hip fx. RR 20, radial pulse, Hx of
  dementia

• Pt. 3 16 yo male, tibia fx. RR 14, Cap refill
  lt2 sec., AOx4.
• Pt. 4 8 yo male fell from treehouse, brief LOC,
  minor scrapes and bruises. RR 12, Cap refill lt2
  sec., AOx4.
