Syndicate Exercise Process

• There are 3 syndicate exercises and approximately
  16 tables. 45 min
• Each syndicate exercise will be discussed by 5
  tables.
• Each table is assigned a table leader.
• 5 tables discussing the same subject will form a
  group with a group leader.
• Each table will then discuss and generate maximum
  of 2-3 top recommendations.
• Table leaders of each subject will meet their
  group leader to discuss and agree maximum 3
  recommendations. 45 min
• Each group leader will then present the
  recommendations to the forum.5 min each
• The recommendations will be captured and
  forwarded to a newly formed Contractor HSE Mgt.
  steering Director.
