• NUS encourage students unions to have strong
  systems in place to support student
  representatives
• Course reps can
• Give you direct access to student feedback
• Clarify problems, underresourcing and a clear
  insight into areas for inprovement
• Recognise good practice and highlight positive as
  well as negative experiences
• Offer solutions to problems

• Allows individual learners to become more aware
  of their learning needs
• Allows students unions to work with their
  partner institutions to capture early feedback
• Ensures higher education continues to improve
