Technology Tools
a service for Hoover City School employees
Topic Acceptable Use Policy
2
Hoover City Schools Acceptable Use Policy The
beginning of a new school year is a good time to
review the policy affecting the use of computers
in our school district. All employees and
students will be asked to sign an Acceptable Use
Form indicating their agreement to follow the
policy governing their use.
3
Each time you log-in to a computer you will be
reminded of this agreement by clicking ok to
continue your log-in status.
4
Many of you have already signed an agreement form
and if you are a new employee, see your
administrator for a copy of this form. Either
way, this is a good time to stop and review the
contents of this policy. Happy Computing!
