STRATEGY/TIME FRAME FOR SETTING UP OF THE PAYING
AGENCY

• A detailed Master Plan for the setting up of the
  Paying Agency was drafted with concrete
  deadlines, financial resources and responsible
  people
• Completion of the Paying Agency capacity and its
  accreditation by end of 2006.

PHARE assistance for the preparation of the
Administrative capacity and the Program documents
2007-2013

• Twinning project with the Ministry of
  agriculture, environment and water management of
  Austria and the Ministry of agriculture and
  forestry of Italy institutional development
  assistance and setting up the management system
  for the Rural Development Program, as well as
  expert assistance for the preparation of program
  documents
• - start 13th of September 2005
  -
  duration 24 months.
• Technical Assistance projects assistance for
  the conduct of sector surveys and ex-ante
  evaluation of the Rural Development Program.
