• IWLEARN PCU team has 20 years combined
  experience with training in face-to-face and
  e-learning formats
• IWLEARN trained over 370 people since 1998
  through evolving hybrid of face-to-face embedded
  within limited e-learning
• Our conclusions
• Electronic is media good for networking,
  supplements -- but not a surrogate for --
  face-to-face training.
• For meaningful learning, IWLEARN must invest
  more in face-to-face interactions.
