What is estimate quality assurance?

• Consistent application of the estimate content
  agreed between the repair facility and insurer
• Labor operations included and non-included
  operations
• Rates Allowances proper application of rates
  and allowances
• Etc.

How does it work?

• Estimate is prepared using computerized
  estimating system
• Estimate QA software analyzes the estimate based
  upon established profiles
• Note that we are not talking about Third-Party
  Desk Audits in this presentation

When does it occur?

• After transmission to insurer Insurers have
  performed computerized analysis for years.
• To determine if estimate matches agreed upon
  terms
• Before transmission to insurer Electronic QA
  Tools are now becoming available to repair
  facilities to analyze the estimate and eliminate
  errors prior to transmission
