Proposition

• an interim solution for making accessible
  attachments to notifications
• Members will supply the relevant attachments with
  their notification submissions to the Secretariat
  via the CRN (Central Registry of Notifications)
• using existing procedures, CRN staff will store
  the attachments on a server using a simple
  nomenclature
• the WTO official notification documents issued by
  the Secretariat will include a hyperlink to the
  corresponding attachments on the server
• users will be able to to read and download
  attachments at the same time as they retrieve the
  notifications from Documents online

Implications

• a simple and practical solution
• uses existing applications and structures
• no major investment in human or financial terms
