  • No practical advancement.
  • Riccardo calculated the frequency change of 3MHz
    in case of closed damping waveguide at 32mm from
    beam axis. We think it within the tuning range.
  • In this case, the diameter becomes probably 70mm.
    Do you accept the diameter for diffusion bonding
    usually done at SLAC? Do you have any preference
    on the diameter from SLAC?
  • Related to this, I want to discuss on flatness
    recovery technique.

  • Ueno has started actual detailed schedule
    management.
  • Inspection of two bars from two vendors were
    almost done by KEK.
  • Will start in a week or so the discussion with
    the vendors, assuming to go ahead and make a full
    structure with four rods.
  • I feel that the one with better shape (U-corp)
    may be almost within a tuning range. The
    confirmation will be done and seriously discuss
    the next step in June.

    on how to connect waveguides and how to realize
    the cooling etc.

  • Fine alignment test will be done in a separate
    simple test stand.
