Where are we?

• Identify a specific goal based on gap Students

• Identify strategy(s) to address gap
• Identify timeline and responsibility- we
  suggested November and February strategy
  implementation
• Identify measures- qualitative and quantitative
• Keep them small and specific
• Aileen as a classroom support
• Collect a baseline before implementing strategy
• Collect an actual after implementing strategy
• Comment on the data, debrief with your PLC- Did
  the strategy make a difference? and Do we need
  to make changes to our strategy?
• ?Administer strategy Semester 2
• Be prepared to share findings on April PD Day
• Forward the data and comments to Aileen by May
  15th to compile for year end school data

  should be in place
• Feb 27th- PLC meeting time
• March 13th- PLC meeting time
• April 13th- PD Day

• May 8th- PLC meeting time
• May 15th- deadline to forward data to Aileen
• June 5th- PLC meeting time
