back to the corresponding monograph fund- CASH
is one-time money, so it serves no purpose to
keep it in a serials fund

After transferring unencumbered serials cash to
the corresponding monograph fund, there will be
an abundance of cash in some of the monograph
funds

What to do now?
  • Please take a look at your monograph funds (after
    we transfer the unencumbered CASH from serials on
    10/18) and determine if you have enough ANNUAL
    ALLOCATION available to transfer to any of your
    serials funds to purchase new titles
  • Trisha Davis and Kathryn Beach will be setting up
    meetings on an individual basis with all subject
    specialists in the upcoming months
  • Please contact Kathryn or Trisha to set up your
    meeting within the next couple weeks. Meetings
    will be set up on a first-come, first-served
    basis.

What to do now?
  • If you would like to transfer ANNUAL ALLOCATION
    from your monograph fund to a serial fund, you
    may do so after meeting with Trisha and Kathryn
  • These meetings will cover fund activity reports,
    determine how much ANNUAL ALLOCATION to transfer
    from your monograph fund to your serial fund (if
    available), and answer any other questions you
    may have regarding your materials funds
