• The program aims at promoting behavioral change
• The program targets the general public with
  special emphasis on young and vulnerable groups
• Partners include government and non government
  bodies Action Aid Ethiopia, Concern Worldwide,
  Radio Ethiopia (FM 97.1), Addis Ababa HIV/AIDS
  Prevention and Control Office, Social and NGO
  Affairs Bureau, World Bank

Project Objectives

• Increase awareness on HIV and AIDS
• Reduce stigma and discriminations
• Promote positive living
• Enhance public participation in fighting HIV and
  AIDS
• Enhance the role of family in the prevention and
  control of HIV/AIDS

• Using electronic media
• Utilizing a magazine format where innovation and
  flexible approaches are used
• Using art as a means of communication and
  behavioral change
• Encourage listeners to use answering machine,
  e-mail traditional mail facilitating listeners
  participation
• Involving prominent figures
