• ACA-TA is responsible for the procurement of
  supplies and services in support of contingency
  Humanitarian assistance, counter drug,
  peacekeeping, peace enforcing, and JCS directed
  exercises within the Southern Hemisphere theater
  of operations. Provides efficient and effective
  contracting support to Soldiers through
• Eliminating redundancies
• Using shared contract vehicles
• Leveraging Army-wide resources through economies
  of scale
• Using best practices to provide superior
  services in obtaining goods and services on time
  and at the lowest cost for our Soldiers.
