- Install InteGrade Pro once on a central server in
the school and create shortcuts to each teacher. - Also can install as a service on its own server.
- The license allows teachers to use IGPro at home

26Use a template gradebook!
- Setting up gradebooks can be a tedious process
template gradebooks make it much easier for
teachers. To create a template gradebook - Use InteGrade Pro and create a new gradebook
without a cl file. - Teacher name should be template.
- Create a class and name it template.
- Create as many spreadsheets for that class as
teachers would like. For example Term 1 Grades.
- Create as many grade tables, special score etc as
appropriate. - Save this gradebook inside the IGPDATA or IgPro
folder.

- After saving the gradebook inside the IGPDATA
folder, go to Setup menu and select Classes. - Create one class and call it template.

Setup Menu and select Grading Rules, then select
the Grade Table Tab.

- Ensure the Grade Table at the top of the list is
the Grade Table for the school. Delete all the
other Grade Tables.

- If teachers figure the final term grade for
example Semester 1 Q1(40) Q2(40) Sem
Exam(20) - Go to the Task Set Tab and select the cell below
Elementary choose Delete Set. - Do the same for Sciences.
- Rename the Humanities Set to the school name.
- Click in the top cell choose Rename Type and
rename it to Quarter Grades give it a weight of
80 (since both quarters together will be 80). - Click in the next cell choose Rename Type and
rename it to Sem Exam give it a weight of 20. - Delete all other types (teachers will add their
own types in if they use weights).

- The Type Set screen should now look like this

- Go to the Setup Menu and select Spreadsheets.
- Select the Spreadsheet and rename it to something
appropriate for example, First Period 1st
Qtr.

screen. - Choose Numeric Spreadsheet on the first screen
of the wizard.

teachers are total point teachers, however, many
of your math, science and like-minded teachers
are likely to be weighted teachers and they can
change their spreadsheets easily later.

44At the end of the term
- Teachers will do their daily grading inside
InteGrade Pro. - At the end of the term teachers fill in endterm
spreadsheets (just like bubble sheets) inside
InteGrade Pro.

progress) the Update Grades process must be run.
This atom updates the grading files from the
student schedules so that the Grades and Class
Grades atom has the most current information for
grading.
