17
Create the IGPDATA Folder
  • Named IGPDATA in order to make troubleshooting
easier some districts name this folder
    IGProData, InteGrade ProData, etc.
  • Can be placed anywhere on the network as long as
SASI and the InteGrade Pro Server have access to
    the location.

18
Utilities on IGPRO CD
  • Igpadmin.exe - sets administrative control over
advanced fields, adding students, and other
    items.
  • Master Password Generator (mpg.exe) -- if not
using the Server version -- allows unlocking of
teachers passwords if they are forgotten.

Use a template gradebook!

template gradebooks make it much easier for
teachers. To create a template gradebook
  • Use InteGrade Pro and create a new gradebook
    without a cl file.
  • Teacher name should be template.
  • Create a class and name it template.
  • Create as many spreadsheets for that class as
teachers would like. For example Term 1 Grades.
  • Create as many grade tables, special score etc as
    appropriate.
  • Save this gradebook inside the IGPDATA or IgPro
    folder.

27
Creating a Template Gradebook
  • Create a new gradebook without using a clxxx.grd
    file.

28
Creating a Template Gradebook (continued)
  • Teacher Name is template.

the Grade Table for the school. Delete all the
    other Grade Tables.

80 (since both quarters together will be 80).
