The Hegerman Story In 1963, I was a Minneapolis
police officer. My wife, a homemaker, started
our Shaklee business with a 4.00 investment.
She bought two quart bottles of BASIC-H, a multi
purpose cleaning product, a bundle of instruction
sheets and a bag of 1oz. sample bottles. She
used one quart of the product in our home and
made up samples with the second quart which she
gave out to some of our friends, neighbors and
relatives. We signed up as distributors, those
who liked the product, so they could sell to
their friends. With this simple program, working
part time out of our home, we have built one of
the largest sales organizations in Shaklee doing
over 2,000,000 in sales volume every month.
Today, after 46 years in the business, I am 81
years old and receive over 3,000 a day in bonus
income.
