• Francis Drake was born on 1543 at Devonshire
  england
• He died on 1596 at Danama at the age of 53
• He explored for England and went around the
  world.

Purpose of Journey-the planned

• Drake wanted to see what was on the other side of
  the Ocean.
• Queen Elizabeth gave most of the money for the
  food and, the water and ,all of the other
  supplies.

Journey-The trip

• His trip took place on Dec, 13 1577. He got back
  on Sep,26,1580. He went on three different ships.
  They were called the Pelacan, the Swan, and the
  Benedict.They ran into a lot of violent storms.

• Drake and his crew dont get along with the
  Spaniards because they got into a big fight and
  he got made so he stole their ships and their
  treasure. Drake and his crew had major sea power.
  He explored land for 19 years.

  it around the world but he he ran into a lot of
  storms. He stole a lot of ships and a lot of
  treasure..He got rich and then died on 1596.

• Francis Drake went around the world. He became
  rich on the trip because he stole a lot of ships
  and, a lot of treasure. He stole all of the
  treasure from the Spanish because Drake and his
  crew didnt like the Spanish. Drake and his crew
  ran into a lot of violent storms. When Drake and
  his crew got to Panama Drake died. They threw him
  off of the boat. He is famous today because he
  was the first English men to go around the world.
