Towards 2016
  • The Government has agreed to establish a three
year workplace Innovation Fund to enable the
parties of this Agreement and the NCPP
  • .to build a stronger commitment to workplace
innovation by encouraging the development of new
ways of working through partnership, aimed at
    increasing flexibility and improving performance.
  • In order to maximise the value of the Fund,
support for initiatives will be conditional on
the learning and experience gained being shared
with other organisations and with the policy
community. The NCPP will develop case studies on
the basis of these initiatives as exemplars for
    wider discussion.
