An individuals unique and relatively
consistent pattern of thinking, behaving, and
feeling. Ones self-concept refers to the image
we have of ourselves. It is a combination of the
characteristics that we see belonging to us. This
concept may or may not be in line with the way
others see us. Self-esteem is the degree to
which we think we are worthwhile and useful. It
is our perception of our self-worth.
2- Self-actualization is the highest level on
Maslows Hierarchy of Needs. It is when we are
able to establish meaningful goals and a purpose
in life. A self-actualized person continually
strives to reach his/her potential in all areas
of life. - .
