Dnmt 1,3a 3b Staining Test

• Used three companies antibodies
• Stained 114 slides
• Tested four different AR temperature (microwave
  10 min, pressure cooker 30 min water bath
  30min, 2hours)
• Tried three different AR buffers (CB pH 6, pH 9.5
  EDTA pH 8)
• Performed more than 20 Procedures
• Totally, we stained 465 cases (MTA were used)
