• With decentralisation and RED, DHMTs need to
  assess the district structure and ensure social
  networks are engaged..MOH
• Communication needs to be part and parcel of the
  EPI programme and integrated into the various
  activities ie training, REDMOH

• Vaccinators/HWs have a key role in communication
  for caretakers and communities. Countries with
  support of partners to invest more in training
