2000 Establishment of the Polish National Forum
for Vocational Counselling as an organisation
affiliated by the Task Force for Training Human
Resources Coordination Found, Polish Bureau

• Goal Coming into being the homogenous platform
  for elaborating the amalgamate solutions of two
  governmental ministries in relation to vocational
  guidance policy in Poland

Main Tasks

• Identification of needs and national priorities
  in the area of orientation and vocational
  guidance in accordance to governmental strategy
• Presentation of different approaches realised by
  vocational counsellors in relation to basic
  issues of vocational guidance
• Exchanging experiences and integration of
  specialists engaged in the branch of vocational
  counselling
• Sharing experience within cooperation among
  vocational counsellors in Poland and other
  European countries.

  of the environments related to vocational
  guidance for youth and adults, as well as for the
  unemployed and job seekers,
• Stimulation of initiatives for new concepts of
  public and non-public vocational counselling,
• Promotion of good practices in the branch of
  vocational counselling,
• Dissemination of the opinions about initiatives
  realised in vocational counselling, plans and
  research projects conducted by working groups of
  the Forum,
• Acceptance of the reports about realisation of
  the forum tasks
