• The team hours per week is estimated for the
  winter and spring quarters.
• The fee per team member is 25/hour with an
  overhead of 90 which totals to 47.50/hour for
  each team member.
• The overhead is chosen to be 90 because that is
  what the university charges for research.

• Lab and equipment is shared with Search and
  Rescue Robot Team

Risk Management Plan

• Risk identification is the single most important
  step in the Risk Management process
• Technical risk includes all of the events that
  may prevent the project from satisfying system
  requirements
• Schedule risk includes all of the events that may
  prevent the timely execution of tasks identified
  in the project plan
• Cost risk includes all of the events that may
  cause actual costs to exceed the budget
